Cancellation Policy
At Osteopathic Movement, we value your time and the time of all our patients. Missed or late-notice cancellations reduce our ability to offer appointments to others in need. To keep things fair, we have the following cancellation policy:
Standard Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% consultation fee.
No-shows (without any notice) will be charged the full consultation fee (100%).
Flexibility for Patients
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If this is your first late cancellation or missed appointment and you are rescheduling for a time in the near future, we may waive the fee as a gesture of goodwill.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so quickly and easily by clicking the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us directly by calling 0452 320 660 or emailing info@osteopathicmovement.com.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate you and offer your time slot to another patient in need.
