Cancellation Policy

At Osteopathic Movement, we value your time and the time of all our patients. Missed or late-notice cancellations reduce our ability to offer appointments to others in need. To keep things fair, we have the following cancellation policy:

Standard Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% consultation fee.

• No-shows (without any notice) will be charged the full consultation fee (100%).

Flexibility for Patients

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If this is your first late cancellation or missed appointment and you are rescheduling for a time in the near future, we may waive the fee as a gesture of goodwill.

• Ensures fair access for all patients by reducing last-minute empty slots.

• Allows us to run our clinic efficiently and keep wait times low.

• Encourages mutual respect of time between practitioners and patients.
