FEE SCHEDULE

If it’s your first time visiting our clinic you will require approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for us to take a thorough case history, perform an osteopathic assessment and provide you with your first treatment.

For all patients that have previously visited the clinic. All subsequent appointments will last for approximately 30 minutes regardless of whether you’re presenting with a new complaint or seeing a different Osteopath than your previous appointment.

If you are presenting with multiple complaints (multiple regions of the body) or feel you may require a longer treatment you may book a long appointment which will last for approximately 1 hour.

Students & government concessions receive a $10 discount on the treatment price regardless of which appointment type.
Private Health Insurance Rebates
We have a HICAPS Eftpos Terminal which allows us to process Private Health Insurance rebates on the spot.
Please contact your insurance provider to see if you're covered for Osteopathy.
Medicare and Enhanced Primary Care Plans
Are you eligible for an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan?
If you suffer from a chronic (long term) condition your GP may be able to assign you an EPC plan which entitles you a Medicare rebate for to up 5 Osteopathic treatments per year.
The rebate will not cover the whole consultation fee see you will be required to pay a gap payment.
If you are registered for Medicare Online we can process the rebate on the spot. If not, you will need to visit your local Medicare branch to receive your rebate.
The conditions covered by the EPC Program include:
Repetitive strain injury or arthritis
Neck related headaches and migraines
Low back pain, muscular or joint pains
Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your Osteopathic appointment. If you do not alert us 24 hours prior to your appointment time you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost. If you fail to alert us and do not attend your appointment the full fee will be charged.
